Steel Case Soft Center™ IV is a continuous ribbon of 1/8" thick steel that forms an 8" open-style sphere with 3 (3/16"), (5 mm) round rods wrapped in waxed thread (blue, green, orange) looping within the interior of the sphere. Each wrapped round rod has small velvet puffs and/or ruffles meticulously sewn into place.
